The latest and the biggest of all scandals had surfaced in 2010 as 2G Spectrum scam, when CAG showed large-scale irregularities in the spectrum allocation. He added that Chidambaram disregarded a stand ministry advisory and allowed the foreign companies to buy in the Indian companies, conciliatory national security. The Delhi court on 04 Feb 2012 dismissed Mr. swamys supplication to make Chidambaram a co-accused in the 2g case.
