Abstract
The computerized management systems which include electronic wellness check checkup records (EMR), computerized provider order entry systems (CPOE), electronic medication arrangement record (e MAR) to mention a few contain persevering medical records in electrical form. In this paper we argon dismissal to research these systems and how they will break health disquiet delivery. We are withal going to explore why nurses should be in the designing, choice of software and hardware for the systems, how could handheld devices be integrated into the facilities systems, then how about security systems and Health policy Portability and Accountability Act(HIPAA) requirements and how will they affect the costs of healthcare. We will also look into two systems chosen.

Introduction
In this task we are going to look into two computerized management systems and vendors that are currently in market of hospital instruction systems. We are going to explore how using the computerized systems could increase gauge of care, are the electronic medical records reduce health care costs and how safe is patient information in this electronic age.

In 1998 the committee on Quality of Healthcare in America was asked to identify ways to improve the quality of health care in the United States.
