Brian Mills(who is played by Liam Neeson, great shammer by the modal value) is the retired agent who move to California to be nestled to his missy after scatty out on a lot of her childhood callable to being on missions. His daughter Kim(Maggie Grace) is now 17, and she lives with his ex-wife Lenore(Famke Janssen).
