Introduction:
The meanings of passage and ethnicity are often involved with one another. It is often difficult to differentiate a racial sort out from an ethnic group. The definition of race is considered to be a category of human beings with distinctive physical characteristics transmitted by descent, and set in a clearly racialized hierarchy (Basic Concepts in the require of Racial and Ethnic Relations, 2011). Examples of a racial group would be individuals of African, Hispanic, or European descent. Ethnicity, though similar to race is defined as a group socially gilded or set apart, by others or by itself, in the main on the basis of cultural and/or national-origin characteristics (Basic Concepts in the Study of Racial and Ethnic Relations, 2011). Ethnic groups are groups such as Germans, Jews, and Mexicans. Race and ethnicity are seemingly hot-button answers within society. Much of the issue could be due to the fact that many groups are unable or unwilling to draw back the time to understand or accept the ways (culture, beliefs, etc.) of other groups. The following will take an in-depth look at the African American race as well as the Mexican American ethnic groups.



This canvass will explain how these groups integrated into American society, how they move with society, the trials and difficulties of adjusting to career away from where they originated, as well as how these groups will interact within American society in the future.
