Is Mr. Webb naive? James Webb was a former chief of the National Aeronautic and Space governing which is formerly known as NASA. Mr. Webb was its chief during President can buoy F. Kennedy and President Lyndon B. Johnson. During the 1960s many of the government issues were solved by utilizing analytical skills and abilities as it is today. It is presumed that many executive bureaucrats were from the governmental pedantic establishments such as Harvard University, Columbia University and many other ivy League universities that are located in the NorthEast. Several bureaucrats had a firm belief in using quantitative and soft analysis to solve problems that had plagued the governments ability to serve its citizens. It is a humble difficult to determine if Mr. Webb is naïve because I wasnt able-bodied to locate the committee he was referring to or the concerns that were being addressed.
