The client is convalescent from a stroke and feels as though she is not positive enough to endure physical therapy and fears falling and causing more problems with her ability to recover. We are accessing the client with emotional issues and trying to take on a solution to help her feel more confident with her ability to attack the emotional side effects of underdeveloped a stroke. We recommend an approach with the client in a step by step process of releasing the feelings she is property inside. This approach will help her release the emotions she is feeling rough the physical therapy treatments.
