Toya Perception

UNIT 4 ASSIGNMENT Class: Interpersonal Communications (CM 206) fraction: 07 Date: 1/11/2012 1. Describe your perception of the situation. Toya has most good traits that any employer likes to see in their employees but like any other employee she has room for growth. My perception is that Toya would suit defensive if she gets negative feedback or constructive objurgation. If I was mentoring her, I would make reverse her mistakes on the spot, so that she could see with her own eye what she had done wrong. 2. What do you think is the self-concept of Toya? Toya thinks that she is a good employee and that she is doing very well with her job performance. She thinks that she has not messed up because she has not been corrected or told otherwise. 3. How is self-concept affecting the interaction? Is it serving it? Hindering it? Explain. ToyaĆ¢€™s self-concept is clouding her judgment and is off base because she has to know on round level that she is not doing her best. She does not proofread her projects that ar not an action of someone who is giving their all.
