Abstract
The purpose of this lab was to observe dead booths which had been stained, and aspect for the stages of mitosis; interphase, prophase, metaphase, anaphase, and telophase. And to sketch out what we saw, in both plant and fleshly cells. In subprogram B of this lab the purpose was to calculate the quantify that the cell spent in each phase, the about amount of time was the time spent in interphase which is the time when the cell is not executing cell division. Another part of this lab is meiosis, which unlike mitosis, is sexual, it creates the sperm and egg in mammals and such, it besides creates the spores in things like fungi. Meiosis is the process, it also carries DNA in the chromosomes, which asci have. Section D of this lab was to find the production of MI asci and MII asci, results show that there is a higher amount of MII and so there is of MI, in a single slide of perithecia.

Introduction

Telophase is the last phase, the two daughter cells are created and the nuclei are created, as well as the nuclear envelope. After this cytokinesis occurs and the two daughter cells are finally complete.
