Brief Notes on My Case of Poor Performance

& poop;I was due to go on planned leave Monday the quaternate September 2006 and requested Assistant HRO to attend to any issues that could originate which the Clerks could non attend to.
•We had attended an IR rail the previous week such that we were unable to do tuition Assistance claims. During the course of the week my boss told me that she would ask Msunduza and Lindiwe to form the claims on our behalf as we were held up. On Friday the 1st I had meetings for the strong day so I could not process the claims. In any case Lindiwe was away yet she keeps the records for Education Assistance.
•Monday the 4th we put together a spreadsheet that we would use which was not the standard Education Assistance spreadsheet. We used the separate superstar because we were trying to trace if we had paying(a) people accurately for the year. We rescue used a different spreadsheet before and people were paid out of it with no problem so I did not foresee any problems.
•After we had finished the calculations we asked Nathie (HR Clerk) to go over them to check their accuracy.
•He checked them Tuesday dawning and afterward I signed the spreadsheet for submission.
•ON the homogeneous day Tuesday the 5th Lindiwe went to Mhlume to submit the spreadsheet.



This was not unusual as we would sometimes send it by company mail.
•Lindiwe called me at about 3.oopm, (I was at Dvokolwako then taking my mother to the health Centre on that point) she was in tears telling me that HRM had thrown the idea at Lindiwe and said she would not even look at it unless it was in the standard format. She further said all that was there was wrong, providing no explanation. I told Lindiwe to ask Nonhlanhla to help her correct it as the person I had asked to assist on the Simunye side.
