The ministers can not themselves solve the internal problems as the Maoist attacks, the gorkha battalions; so when they shew to solve or enter into foreign treaties, on the self-colored our country suffers from draining of wealth to the foreign nations. The fathers of the constitution had created the bulkiest to that degree the largest and most meaningful constitution of the world.
